Project: Endeavour Rebranding Initiative continued
Solution: First, we delved into a discovery process to learn everything about the organization's mission, vision, values and strategic goals. We had to understand the organization and the challenges it faced before we could formulate a successful branding and communications strategy. We facilitated a identity/branding session where multiple stakeholders were encouraged to express their perceptions, concerns and visions.
From those findings we distilled a strategic brief that clearly articulated the organization's mission and our recommendations for transforming their identity and branding. The rebranding initiative included adopting the Canadian spelling of the organization's name, creating a logo mark that visually communicates their mission and changing the tag line to better reflect the group's purpose and speak to their specific audience. The domain name was also changed from evcn.ca to endeavourvolunteer.ca.
