Campaign Goal: Penetrate new market opportunities for the existing California prefabricated spinal product line

Target Audience: Orthopeadic Surgeons, Neurosurgeons and Pain Management Specialists

The client had traditionally limited sale of this product to orthotists and prosthetists. Recognizing that O&P practices had failed for many years to expand their market reach or achieve incremental revenue targets, the company choose to market directly to specialized physicians. Facing shrinking reimbursements and eager to create new revenue streams, physicians could easily dispense the prefabricated products without referring patients to a third party.
