Client: Orthomerica Products, Inc.

Scope: This industry-leading medical product line was nearing a saturation point through traditional allied healthcare channels. To achieve additional market share and incremental revenues, we advised the client to pursue a direct-to-physician channel strategy. A multi-wave direct campaign was implemented. Stage one of the campaign featured a highly targeted CD mailer including an interactive pro forma to predict practice profits for physicians who dispensed the products direct to patients.
